Large Lots - North Side
Acreages and larger lots have been a desire among northerners in Thompson for some time, and is a key focus for this section of the project. The lots will be located on the north side of the Burntwood River, east of Highway 391. The area provides 150 acres of land to be parceled out, and will exist within city limits.

Thompson 2020 is currently in discussions with the Province of Manitoba to encourage the development of new cottage lots on the north and sourth ends of Paint Lake.
