Workforce Adjustment Services

In partnership with Vale and the United Steelworkers Union Local 6166, the Northern Manitoba Sector Council is providing workforce adjustment services to Vale employees and contractors directly impacted by workforce reductions at Vale Manitoba Operations. Services offered include job searching, resume writing and interview preparation, career planning (including exploring additional training and education), as well as personal financial planning and counselling.
